Chiapa de Corzo, Chiapas

A place full of tradition and culture, framed by the warmth of its people.  What you will hear most about Chiapa de Corzo is about its Mudejar complex formed by the Pila, a fountain with refined Moorish inspiration, made of brick, unique in Latin America; the church of Santo Domingo and the monastic building next to it, which today houses the Lacquer Museum, and the ruins of the church of San Sebastian.

How to Get There

Chiapa de Corzo, Chiapas

Leaving from the city of Tuxtla Gutierrez just 9 miles along federal highway 190, better known as the Panamerican Highway.
